The new system provides a mobile satellite uplink system which is extremely easy to use, deploying quickly and accurately to the desired satellite at the press of a button.
Holkirk’s lightweight antenna systems have become very popular since the company’s inception in 2004 and are regularly selected by users such as the BBC, Reuters, BSkyB and Globecast. Holkirk’s staff have many years of real-world experience as users of mobile satellite communications equipment, and it is their attention to detail in providing innovative solutions to practical problems that makes their products so attractive to their customers. In their quest to find an ideal solution to enable users to rapidly and accurately deploy an antenna to a desired satellite they immediately recognized the benefits of the Advantech IPoint controller.
